The South West Local Records Centres (LRCs) provide a Data Search (Data Enquiry) Service for environmental data needed by consultants, local authorities and members of the public.
In total, the South West Local Records Centres hold over 11 million records covering biodiversity and geology in the region. These datasets include protected, rare and common species.
